While Gensler completes renovations at SFO, temporary walkways connect passengers to their gates. Their designers wanted to enhance these spaces with a “City of Icons” theme that links these passages to iconic neighborhoods in the city.

MorrowSound designed an audio journey that features stops at places like The Mission and Fillmore Districts, Golden Gate Park, and the Golden Gate Bridge. Each stop is a portrait of the characteristic sounds, like the seals at Pier 39, or the wild parrots of Telegraph Hill, and between each stop we hear the iconic transportation sounds of buses, trolleys, and cable cars.
